A man accused of driving while impaired has been arrested after crashing head-on into a school bus on Tuesday, January 23. The incident involved a CMS school bus that was heading westbound when a green SUV crossed the center line, colliding head-on with the left front corner of the school bus. Multiple people on the bus sustained minor injuries.
Following the collision, the driver, identified as 39-year-old Brent Alexander was arrested on multiple charges including driving while impaired, felony hit and run, carrying a concealed weapon, careless and reckless driving, left of center, and expired registration.
