One person passed away after a two-vehicle accident on Seven Mile Road at Baby’s Drive in Florence County Wednesday night November 22. The collision involved a 2009 Nissan Altima and a 2002 GMC Yukon.

The driver of the Nissan Altima was driving north on Seven Mile Road. While the driver of the GMC Yukon was driving south and crashed into the Altima. The driver of the Altima was the only occupant of the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released. The driver of the Yukon was also the sole occupant and was taken to McLeod Hospital with injuries.
